Job Description
PwC Nigeria is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt. This is a full-time remote work opportunity at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer care strategies
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer care targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
