SFH-KP-CARE-2 is working with KP communities and relevant state structures in Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Kano, Kebbi, Sokoto, Taraba, and Zamfara states to optimize access to HIV prevention, treatment, and care services to reduce the incidence and mitigate the impact of HIV on KPs in Nigeria and therefore assist in attaining epidemic control.
