Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Production manager with a passion for art, a knack for technology, and experience in field operations. This position requires an individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of projects while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and also serve as a bridge between the production and sales team making sure there’s effective communication and accurate transfer of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to a team of field employees, including supervisors, technicians, and laborer’s, to ensure a collaborative and high-performing workforce.
Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage all production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to meet project deadlines and quality.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong focus on quality control by conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and addressing issues promptly.
Client Relations: Bridge the gap between sales, production, and marketing. Act as a primary point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing any concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets and expenses effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and controlling expenditures while meeting project goals.
Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues, delays, or challenges that may arise during project execution, minimizing disruptions to the project timeline.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, daily reports, and documentation. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining customer records
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Not less than 5 years experience in field operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Budget management and cost control experience.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management.
Strong knowledge and appreciation of art, particularly murals and large-format artworks.
