Job Description
As a TikTok Video producer you are expected to create entertaining short-form video content to educate and inspire viewers about mural art on one of the fastest growing platforms. This is a paid, full-time entry level remote role that has promotion potential at our company.
Responsibilities:
Innovative Concepts:
- Continually research viral approaches and genres
- Brainstorm video ideas tailored for platform trends
- Collaborate to integrate branded elements
Captivating Content
- Write fun, concise scripts adapted to video styles
- Refine strong video production and editing skills
Community Building:
- Develop loyal viewership through savvy channel upkeep
- Foster consistent user engagement
Results Measurement:
- Analyze viewer demographics and video performance
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize approach
Skills/Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Video production skills optimized for TikTok
- Deep knowledge of TikTok platform features
- Analytical tools such as TikTok Insights, etc.
- Writing/storytelling for visual content
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic graphic design and photo/video production/ Editing
- Skills with Canva, Cap Cut (or similar programs)
Soft Skills:
- Highly creative and imaginative
- Innate sense for creating viral content
- Flexible and adaptive to ever-changing platform
- Comfort taking creative risks
- Ability to identify trends and experiment
- Willingness to accept feedback.
