Job Description
Responsibilities:
Concept and Creativity:
- Identify visually compelling content angles
- Develop ideas for eye-catching photos, reels and stories
- Collaborate with team on content brainstorming
Content Production
- Leverage photography/videography skills for polished content
- Utilize editing tools to prepare posts
Engagement Cultivation:
- Respond promptly and authentically to drive conversations
- Analyze responses to improve follower connections
Performance Tracking:
- Compile engagement data tied to types of content
- Surface recommendations to enhance future posts
- Run experiments with variables to see impact
Skills/Requirements
Hard Skills:
- Strong creative writing and communication skills
- Photo and video production skills
- Working knowledge of the Instagram platform
- Basic graphic design and photo/video production/ editing
- Skills with Canva, CapCut (or similar programs)
- Instagram analytics tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong visual and creative skills
- Ability to identify trends and experiment
- Initiative to constantly develop innovative content
- Collaborative team player
- Good time management
